- There is the option to pay by credit card, direct deposit or cheque.

- The registration rate is $165 per person (inc GST) and includes: Young Beef Producers' Forum; Gala Dinner & Auction, 17 November 2011; Breakfast Gathering, 18 November 2011.

- Every YBPF registration includes a free Future Farmers Network membership valid until 30 June 2012.  All FFN members receive a complimentary FarmOnline Daily Premium Email subscription, valued at $52.

- The YBPF will be held at the Roma Bungil Cultural Community Centre, corner of Bungil & Quintin Streets. It is your responsibility to make your own way to the community centre each day. A bus will be provided to transport delegates from the Cultural Community Centre to Echo Hills and back for the property tour on the afternoon of 17 November.

- Dress code for the forum and study tour is smart casual. Lunch, morning and afternoon tea will be provided.

Complimentary Registration Opportunity

The Young Beef Producers Forum 2011 is supported by funding from the Australian Government Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry under Australia’s Farming Future.  As a part of this support, three full complimentary registrations are available to the Forum for young beef producers.  To apply please provide in 25 words or less why you wish to attend the forum in 2011 to admin@futurefarmers.com.au by Monday 14 November. Please include your name and a contact phone number with your submission.  All applications are confidential and for selection purposes only.  Winners of the complimentary registrations will be notified via telephone on Tuesday 15 November.

 

Gala Dinner

Dress code is Black Tie - Country Style.  This is your chance to frock up and practice for the races so don your good slacks, dust off a dress or simply shine your boots. The important thing is to come along and have a good time getting to know your fellow YBPF delegates.

Accommodation

YBPF have holds on accommodation in Roma for Wednesday 16 and Thursday 17 November at various locations.  More details are provided during the registration process.  If you are staying on for the Roma Cup Races on 19 November you may wish to stay at Tent City.  Tents are available for Friday 18 & Saturday 19 November.  More details are available at: http://www.tentcityhire.com.au/level_2/romacup.html

 

YBPF Roma Cup Races Networking Event

There is also the option during online registration to secure your ticket to the Roma Cup Races ($22 per person) and entry to the YBPF marquees.

If you have chosen to attend the optional networking event on 19 November 2011 at the Roma Cup Races please refer to the Roma Turf Club Roma Cup Invitation for details on the event. Delegates are responsible for making their own way to the racecourse and organising accommodation for the night.

YBPF marquees will be located on the Inside Track area of Bassett Park and available from 12pm to 10pm. Catering and bar facilities will be available for delegates to purchase food and drinks at their own expense. Tickets purchased at time of registering for YBPF will be distributed to delegates at the forum.
