We have an investor ready to back the best next-generation farmer who pitches an opportunity and to ensure we deliver the best pitches, we have developed the Farmer Pathway Program. We will incubate at least 10 aspiring farmers over a 6 month period to get farm-ownership ready and develop an investment pitch, that will then be presented to this investor who will invest in the best opportunity. For the farmers that don’t get invested we will continue to work with them for the remaining 6 months to find alternative avenues to get on their dream farm. We are confident that as this program rolls out more investors will come forward with money on the table to back the best farmers. This is a world first opportunity. We haven’t heard of anything like this. Where the power is in the hands of aspiring farmers - if you want a farm and you are good enough you now just need to convince one person who could co-own your dream farm with you. But we need help to get this program off the ground. We are seeking funding from the agriculture industry, government and agriculture businesses to make this program come to life. It will serve as a template to get more farmers onto the land and inspire the next generation to follow their farming dream. If this is of interest to you as an aspiring farmer or someone involved in the agriculture industry, please share this and let as many people know of the potential here. We have a project plan we can share with anyone interested.
